Return & Exchange Policies

www.GreatSkatesOnline.com offers a 1 year return & exchange policy on all NEW (unused) skates, parts, and accessories in the original packaging.

Exchanges are offered on new and unused skates, parts, and accessories in our store. For this reason, it is recommended that you try your skates on indoors on a carpeted surface to ensure proper fit. This will preserve the condition of the items if you decide to return them. Keep the original packaging (box, plastic ect.) in it's original condition and shipping box to place the return inside.

• There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. The restocking fee will be waived if another pair of skates is purchased at the time of the return.
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace or repair the item for you including shipping charges.
• Custom built skates and skate packages with parts marked "CUSTOM" are not eligible for an exchange, as they were built for you.
• Shipping is the responsibility of the customer for returns and replacements, even if your original order shipped FREE.

• Exchange your skates 1 of 2 ways:

• 1. Send the skates back to us with the required RA# and place a new order. Once the skates are received, a credit will be issued to your credit card or Paypal account. You will get your new skates faster using this method.
• 2. Send the skates back to us with the required RA# and once the skates are received, the new pair of skates will be shipped out. Your credit card will be charged for $15 for the return shipping.

• Warranties

  Skates are covered by a 30-day manufacturers warranty and, in some cases, a 1 year warranty. If you feel you have a warranty claim, please email a picture along with an email describing the problem to returns@greatskatejefferson.com. Once the product is determined to be defective, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
